Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work in various settings, including outpatient home visits, to diagnose and help individuals improve daily living and working skills.

You will assess patients, develop personalized plans, guide therapeutic exercises, educate families on adaptive techniques, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care across home health and clinic environments.

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience required.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Expertise in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Proficiency in patient care.
• Experience in occupational health.
• Experience in clinic settings.
• Experience with home health services.
• Experience in acute care environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' motor skills and coordination.
