Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a nonprofit hospital-based outpatient position in Norfolk, VA. You will work with diverse diagnoses including ortho, neuro and feeding, delivering patient-centered care.

We offer a 1:1 patient care model with 1-hour blocks, strong mentorship, PSLF eligibility, and a supportive team within a respected health system. Benefits include sign-on, relocation bonus, 25 days PTO, insurance, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 patient care with 1-hour blocks per patient.
• Care for ortho, neuro and feeding cases in outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with PTs & SLPs and the Therapy Manager to support patient needs.
