Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a nonprofit hospital-based Outpatient position. You will work with a passionate team delivering patient-centered care across ortho, neuro, and feeding domains, with 1:1 care and a 1-hour block per patient.

The role emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and work-life balance in a hospital setting with strong collaboration among PTs, SLPs, and therapists.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Coachable and eager to grow.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with 1-hour blocks per patient.
• Treat a variety of diagnoses including orthopedics, neurology, and feeding.
• Participate in a supportive team with PTs and SLPs on outpatient services.
