Position Description:

Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities prescribed by a licensed physician.

Qualifications
  • One (1) year experience as an occupational therapist in acute care facility preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelors or Masters degree with certification in occupational therapy.
  • Current California Occupational Therapy License OR License eligibility letter prior to the first day of employment.
  • If CA OT License Eligibility Letter recipient with a Limited Permit: licensing exam must be passed within (90) days from letter date.
  • BLS (AHA) current certification
