Wendell Foster is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient Services team. You will help children and adults with disabilities build independence and essential life skills through individualized therapy, adaptive equipment, and collaborative care.

As part of our Outpatient Services, you’ll grow professionally with on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement while contributing to a PSLF-eligible environment and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• KY OT license in good standing, as required by the Kentucky Board of Licensure of Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification.

Mansioni

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services that promote independence in daily living, work, leisure, and community participation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, person-centered care.
• Educate and train families, caregivers, and staff to support successful outcomes.
• Design, fabricate, and recommend adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Maintain accurate documentation, complete billing requirements, and meet productivity standards.
• Provide clinical supervision to COTAs and students, as assigned.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and departmental programs.
• Serve as a liaison with families, community partners, and other service providers to promote occupational therapy services.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of Wendell Foster's mission
