Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide treatment programs for patients following established OT practices and physician prescriptions. You will join Providence Health and Services’ Kadlec campus as part of a patient-focused care team.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, day/variable shifts, with a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates. On-site work at Kadlec Healthplex in Richland, WA.licensure requirements apply upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Under the general direction of departmental leadership, a Occupational Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and as prescribed by a physician and performs related duties as assigned.

Shift Details

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day/Variable shift.

1 FTE Pediatrics, 1 FTE Adults, 1 FTE Adults/Pediatrics, 1 FTE Inpatient

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Upon hire: Membership in state and national professional organizations
• Experience in acute care or rehabilitation facility
• Experience in outpatient setting.
• Experience with pediatrics.
• Experience in hand therapy.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
