Job summary
Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA, part of Providence, seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-specific treatment plans per physician orders. This full-time role includes day/variable shifts and a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates.
You will assess patients, implement OT programs, collaborate with pediatrics, adults, and inpatient teams, and contribute to a culture of patient-centered, whole-person care within our Providence family.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
- Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provides specific treatment programs for patients according to occupational therapy principles and physician orders.
- Performs related duties as assigned under the general direction of departmental leadership.
- Collaborates with care teams to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care.

Under the general direction of departmental leadership, a Occupational Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and as prescribed by a physician and performs related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
- Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
- OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
- Upon hire: Membership in state and national professional organizations
- Experience in acute care or rehabilitation facility
- Experience in outpatient setting.
- Experience with pediatrics.
- Experience in hand therapy.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
