TheraDynamics in the Tri-State area is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support SNF patients, guiding return to independence after strokes, fractures, and cardiac events. You will evaluate, plan, and implement interventions, collaborating with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Passion for helping patients regain independence.
• Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.

Occupational therapy in the skilled nursing setting is about one thing: helping people get back to the activities that define their lives. At TheraDynamics, our OTs in SNF settings work with patients recovering from strokes, hip fractures, cardiac events, and progressive neurological conditions. You will design creative, functional interventions that address ADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, and safe discharge planning. Your work directly determines whether a patient goes home or stays in a facility — and we give you the tools, time, and support to make that happen.
