AtTheraDynamics, our OTs in SNF settings work with patients recovering fromstrokes, hip fractures, cardiac events, and progressive neurologicalconditions. You will design creative, functional interventions that addressADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, and safe dischargeplanning. Your work directly determines whether a patient goes home or stays ina facility — and we give you the tools, time, and support to make that happen.

What You Will Do
