TheraDynamics in New York operates outpatient OT clinics that deliver hands-on care across a variety of conditions, from hand therapy to neurological rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.

You will conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans, fabricate splints when needed, and guide patients and families with home programs, maintaining a one-on-one care model.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current NY State OT license and NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads.
• Hand therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat outpatient clients across a diverse caseload including upper extremity rehab, hand therapy, neurological conditions, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluations.
• Design creative, evidence-based treatment plans and fabricate custom splints when needed.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.
• Provide dedicated one-on-one time with each patient.
