Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our outpatient clinic in New York. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation and hand therapy, and work on neurological rehab, work hardening, and functional capacity evaluations.

You will design creative, evidence-based treatment plans, fabricate custom splints when needed, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and diverse caseloads.
• Hand therapy experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient clients across a diverse caseload including upper extremity rehab, hand therapy, neurological conditions, work hardening.
