Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Polk City, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in a home setting on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to maintain independence and quality of life.
