Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a diverse continuum-of-care environment including skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings. The role offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options in a rehabilitation-centered program with vast opportunities for growth.

Location: Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center is a dynamic facility with on-site therapy gym, outpatient clinic, and water therapy pool.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience in geriatrics and diverse rehabilitation settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in geriatrics across multiple care settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning.

Occupational Therapist / OTR - Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options! Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) - a diverse setting with a wide range of treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care.

Offering a $5,000.00 BONUS with acceptance of this role! (Must be Full Time status, payout terms over the course of 12 months).

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, or weekend Per-Diem.

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).

Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient.

Location: Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center - Lacey, WA.

Pay: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour depending on status.

Qualifications:
