Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center in Lacey, WA. This position offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options at a diverse rehabilitation setting with SNF, memory care, and outpatient services.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy to geriatric patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting residents' independence and well-being.

Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) - a diverse setting with a wide range of treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care.

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, or weekend Per-Diem

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Diverse CCRC Setting: Skilled Nursing,Assisted Living,Independent Living,Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient

Location: Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center - Lacey, WA

Pay: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour depending on status.

• Large on-site therapy gym with FTF equipment
• Separate satellite clinic for outpatient
• 14’x42’ warm water therapy pool heated to 92 F

Qualifications:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
