Job summary

The Villa at Stamford is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist OTR PRN to support our residents with individualized therapy plans. You will screen patients, perform evaluations, and develop initial and interim treatment and discharge plans.

You will also supervise OT assistants, implement new techniques, educate patients and families, and deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid OT license.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients.
• Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans.
• Documenting progress toward identified objectives.
• Overseeing Occupational Therapy Assistant(s).
• Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance OT services.
• Conducting patient and family education.
• Delivering quality occupational therapy services.
• Putting patient service first.
