Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist for a part-time contract position with a local assignment. You will deliver occupational therapy services, assess patient needs, and collaborate with the care team to meet goals while integrating the organization’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include planning and modifying care per physician orders and maintaining licensure status.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
