Job summary

All Care Therapies is a leading provider of occupational therapy services delivering care virtually to clients nationwide. The Remote Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and deliver OT services via telehealth, serving diverse pediatric and adult populations and promoting independence.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, maintain documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and stay current with professional development while using our all-inclusive teletherapy platform.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients via telehealth with remote Occupational Therapy services.
• Evaluate physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning and set goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Deliver interventions to improve independence and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and plans.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
