Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to a diverse pediatric caseload. You will assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to promote independence and functional abilities.

You will educate patients and caregivers, maintain thorough documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and stay current with occupational therapy best practices. Teletherapy platform experience and CA licensure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California State Occupational Therapy license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Proficient teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services with exercises and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers to enhance independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy/ethical standards.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote sessions.
