Job summary

Premier Therapy LLC in New Castle, PA is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver skilled OT services in a SNF/long-term care setting as needed.

This PRN role offers flexible hours (1-9 hours per week) and the opportunity to educate patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and complete required documentation. A guiding focus on quality care and compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• OT degree from accredited program.
• Current OT license or eligible for licensure in PA.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
