Job summary

ClearSky Health in Lancaster, OH is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our expanding care team. You will assess patients, set goals, and adjust treatment plans in coordination with other clinicians to support safe, effective discharges.

Qualifications - What We're Looking For

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.

Physical requirements - What you need to know

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
• Both gross and precise motor functions.
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
• Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
