Job summary

Kendallville Manor is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Kendallville, IN. You will help residents improve independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating measurable goals, delivering evidence-based OT interventions, and educating families on safety and progress.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana OT license (OTR/L) required.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but not required.
