Job summary

Greenbriar Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Florida is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic rehab team. The role involves screenings, evaluations, and providing OT treatment within the established plan of care, contributing to the interdisciplinary team's success.

You will supervise OTA/COTA, collaborate with the IDT, and help maintain efficient, patient-centered care in a six-day-a-week rehab program at a single location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings of residents as scheduled to determine the need for evaluation and/or intervention.

• Supervision of OTA/COTA.
• Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success.

We are seeking a PER DIEM OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team who is a dynamic clinician and team player.

Our facility offers a supportive family environment with a compassionate rehab team which is led by an experienced Director of Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation techs are utilized to assist therapists with resident transport and administrative functions. The rehab department utilizes Net Health-Therapy and Point Click Care for billing and documentation to assist therapists with daily efficiency where quality care remains the primary focus of each therapist. The facility offers a 6-day a week, in-house comprehensive rehabilitation program where the OT is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Our rehab positions are stable and secure at one location. Each rehab department offers a spacious gym.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
