Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC seeks a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Pittsfield, MA. PTs will join a supportive team delivering compassionate geriatric care in a 54-bed facility with private rooms and a modern rehab gym.

Must hold an active OT (OTR/L) license or be eligible, with SNF experience preferred. Strong documentation skills and flexibility with hours are essential as we support residents toward independence.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or license eligible in the employing state.
• Prior experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Must enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with electronic documentation (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Maintain attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.

Overview:A Per Diem Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Pittsfield, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.Facilty is a 5-star rated sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located right in the heart of the beautiful Berkshires in Pittsfield, MA. The facility features 54 light-filled private rooms each with a private full bathroom. Facility offers short-term, long-term, and outpatient rehab services in our spacious state-of-the art gym featuring a full practice kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in-shower, and a separate private therapy room for one-on-one treatment.
