Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The role focuses on geriatric care and independent resident goals, offering flexible schedules and generous PTO as part of our supportive culture.

The qualified candidate will hold an OTR/L license or be license eligible in Vermont, have experience in SNF settings, and be proficient with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current OTR/L license or license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Prior experience in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting is required.
• Enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve quality of life.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.

Overview:A Per Diem Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Brattleboro, VT.
