Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support outpatient services in Arizona. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, promote independence in daily activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Applicants should have graduation from an accredited OT program, a current OT license in Arizona, and Basic Life Support certification; rehab or acute care experience is preferred.

How you'll contribute

The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans to enhance functional independence across acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, inpatient, medical‑surgical, and outpatient environments. This role delivers therapeutic interventions that support the performance of daily living activities, promotes safety, and maximizes patient participation in meaningful routines. The OT collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team, educates patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use, and ensures timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. The therapist maintains a safe treatment environment, demonstrates strong communication and clinical reasoning skills, and performs other duties as assigned to support high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
