Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is recruiting a Per‑Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Sharon, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with the rehab team and nursing staff, and document care electronically.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Possess an active OT license or be license eligible in CT.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to residents in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work closely with the rehab team and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation with timely submissions.
