Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Milford, CT. You will provide compassionate therapy services and collaborate with a supportive rehab team to help residents achieve independence.

Qualified candidates hold an OT license in CT or are license eligible. Strong documentation skills, flexibility, and proficiency with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license in CT or eligibility for licensure in CT.
• Provide compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrate good documentation skills and timeliness.

Responsibilities
