Job summary

Preftherapy is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Dexter, ME. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support residents' independence.

The successful candidate will hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible in Maine, demonstrate strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and be comfortable with electronic documentation. Flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in Maine.
• Experience with electronic documentation (EMR).
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
