Key Rehab is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in providing excellent care in the Dodge City and Cimarron, KS area in a SNF setting.

OTA Salary

OTA: Earn $33-$40/hour based on experience and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus

OT Salary

OT: Earn$47-$56/hourbasedonexperienceandreceivea$5,000sign-onbonus

Minimum qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an active OT/OTA license in the state of practice.
• Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions.
• Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
