Job summary

Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide in-person services for K-8 public school students in Bethlehem, PA.

Position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm with a K-8 caseload. PA licensure or COTA eligibility is required, along with clearances and professional liability coverage.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania OT or OT Assistant license.
• Willingness to obtain clearances and professional liability insurance.
• Ability to provide in-person school-based services.

Responsibilities

• Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
• Contribute to and support students’ IEPs.
• Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
