Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for Liberty Commons of Columbus County in Whiteville, NC. You will work with a multidisciplinary rehab team to create individualized treatment plans addressing a variety of diseases and impairments.

Requirements: graduate of an accredited therapy program and NC licensure. SNF rehab experience preferred. In-house therapy with local management support. Background checks/drug-free workplace. EOE.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of NC where you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house therapy with local management support and progressive treatment modalities.
