In this role, you’ll design and lead therapy programs that support the development and rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, or emotional challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and organize occupational therapy programs
  • Provide home programming and family education
  • Recommend modifications to work or living environments
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
  • Conduct training on therapy techniques
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
  • Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support research and community education projects
