Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitation in our skilled nursing facility in New York. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain independence for safe discharge home.

You will collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP and social work, address ADLs and cognitive training, and benefit from mentoring, generous PTO, and a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).
• Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work for coordinated care.
• Address ADLs, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, and caregiver training.
