OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehab services in home health on a PRN basis. You will provide therapy focused on patient goals and independence, while leveraging AI-assisted documentation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
