  • Compensation: Starting at $100,000/year (DOE), negotiable, based on a PPV model

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Licensed to practice in Oregon
  • At least 1 year of OT experience
  • CPR Certified
  • Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle
