Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist in East Portland!
As an Occupational Therapist with us, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to provide top-notch occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. You'll conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with patients to help them achieve their functional goals.
This role is a Pay Per Visit role with an average of $93,000-$98,000/ year.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
Educate and empower patients to regain lost skills or adapt to new ones
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records
Requirements
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
Valid Driver's License in current state and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in an autonomous work setting
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Coverage Area: East Portland and Gresham
