Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, and monitor progress
• Communicate findings and collaborate with team members
• Ensure safety and proper discharge planning
• Perform therapy services according to standards and physician orders
• Instruct patients and families on daily activities and adaptive equipment
• Supervise and provide direction to clinical staff
• Work in a physically demanding environment, potentially irregular hours, including call hours

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid, unrestricted OT license for the state of work
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Willing to travel within the coverage area, with a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs and perform physical tasks required
