Premier Therapy LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents in skilled nursing settings build skills for safer, more independent daily living. You will evaluate functional needs, create plans of care, and deliver evidence-based interventions that support progress.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document evaluations and outcomes, educate residents and families, and support discharge planning and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in the practicing state.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear documentation, and patient-centered communication.
• Ability to work effectively with older adults in post-acute or long-term care.
