Job summary

San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat residents in a full-time capacity. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and timely documentation.

Responsibilities include supervising COTAs and therapy staff, developing treatment plans, and contributing to discharge planning. California licensure and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
