PAM Health in Las Vegas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, inpatient-focused team dedicated to helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

This full-time role features Monday–Friday shifts with start times between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and a supportive environment that emphasizes mentorship and career growth.

Candidates must hold an OT license and BLS certification; inpatient experience is preferred, with new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• One (1) year of clinical experience in an inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, or hospital setting.
• New graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in an inpatient environment are encouraged to apply.

What You\'ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of rehabilitation services throughout the PAM Health system.

• Demonstrate flexibility in supporting patient care across multiple settings within the health system, as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
