AVIR AT COMMERCE, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will deliver high-quality care to patients, develop cognition and memory care programs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a high-energy environment.

Vital Therapy, our growing network of facilities in Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma, supports ongoing training, career development, and opportunities for advancement across the organization.

Qualificações

• Currently licensed OT in Texas
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team

Responsabilidades

• Provide OT evaluations and therapy to patients
• Develop and implement therapy programs
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team for patient progress

AVIR AT COMMERCE, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in cognition, memory care, return to home, and many more.
