Job summary

Vital Therapy seeks a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join AVIR at McAllen's skilled nursing and post-acute rehab center. You will develop and implement therapy programs spanning cognition, dining, ADLs, and group activities, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Requires Texas OT license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to develop cognitive, ADL, and group activity programs.

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.
• Develop and implement cognition, dining, ADL, and group activity programs.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy leadership to plan and evaluate resident progress.

AVIR at McAllen a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team! We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunity to create and implement programs in cognition, dining, ADL's, fun and creative groups, functional maintenance, sensory integration, and many more.
