Job summary

Vital Therapy in Lancaster, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our stable in-house therapy team. You will deliver compassionate care to residents and help develop programs in cognition, sensory integration, ADLs, and group activities.

This role offers ongoing training, career development, and opportunities for growth within our growing network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Experience in geriatric therapy preferred.
• Ability to develop cognitive and sensory programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in the skilled nursing setting.
• Develop and implement therapy programs focusing on cognition, sensory integration, and ADLs.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to plan engaging activities.
