Vital Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at AVIR in San Angelo, TX. You will deliver comprehensive OT services, create programs across dining, cognition, memory care, and functional maintenance, and participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities.

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents as part of an in-house therapy team.

• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

AVIR at San Angelo, a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team.
