Job summary

AVIR at Clyde is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Clyde, TX. You will work with residents with orthopedic and neurological conditions and help create programs across cognition, dining, ADLs, and functional maintenance.

Qualifications

• TX license is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.
• Develop and implement programs in cognition, dining, ADLs, functional maintenance, and other daily living skills.
• Lead group activities including sensory integration and creative engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the in-house therapy team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
