Job summary

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation in Boerne, TX is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing orthopedic and neurological needs and developing cognition, ADLs, and functional maintenance programs.

We offer ongoing training, career development, and opportunities to help build our outpatient program. PRN schedules are also available, and we value a fun, high-energy interdisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license is required.
• Experience with cognition, ADLs and functional maintenance.
• Interest in developing an outpatient program.

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADLs and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide ongoing training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program. PRN schedules also available!
