Job summary

Soliant is partnering with a welcoming school district near St. Louis, Missouri to hire an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year.

This onsite role serves K-12 students with various developmental and functional needs, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing IEPs, providing OT services, and documenting progress in line with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field is required.
• Active Missouri OT license (or eligibility to obtain) is required.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor student progress.
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective classroom strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning.
