Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) for per diem home health in O‘ahu, HI. Deliver therapy in clients' homes and support fall-prevention goals.

Flexible scheduling; choose your own patients. Per-visit pay: OT $80, COTA $60, with potential annual earnings of $100,000–$120,000 based on caseload and visits. Hawaii licensure required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
