Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a large hospital team in Virginia. The role handles diverse diagnoses, from stroke to post-surgical rehab, with opportunities to assist in related units as census dictates.

You will collaborate with 5 other OTs and a broad rehab team, delivering high-quality patient care in a non-profit hospital environment.

Formación

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate).
• Excellent communication across all levels, both with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong collaborative, team-building mindset and servant-leader approach.

Responsabilidades

• See between 8 and 15 patients per day on average.
• Work with a team of 5 other OTs, 4 COTAs, 5 PTs and 4 PTAs.
• Assist in SubAcute, Skilled Facility, or Outpatient settings as census allows.

About the Position:

On average, you can expect to see between 8 and 15 patients a day depending on census. There are a variety of different patient diagnoses including but not limited to: stroke, traumatic brain injury, total knees, total hips, etc. On days when the census is low, it is not uncommon to get a change of pace and be asked to help out in the SubAcute, Skilled Facility, or Outpatient clinic. The team consists of 5 other OTs, 4 COTAs, 5 PTs and 4 PTAs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
