LTC Therapy in Worcester, MA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team on a full-time basis. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help residents regain independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe techniques.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Worcester, MA
$42–$46/hour

LTC Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This is an opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents, helping individuals regain independence and improve their ability to perform meaningful daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents' functional abilities, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living
